• About Me: I might come off as a little bit mean but that's just me being silly. If you find it offensive just yell at me, I'll stop, I just like to goof around. I am brand new to Aion, just picked it up a few days ago and started leveling a gladiator. I didn't choose gladiator because everyone plays it or because its the easiest, it just seemed fun to me (I almost leveled a Cleric). I don't know too much about the game or other classes other than the basics, and the fact that Sorcerers are OP at low levels. Mostly focussing on leveling for now, with a little bit of work on some professions, with Weaponsmithing as my main (currently debating between armorsmithing and handicrafting for my second master prof). While I may be inexperienced in this game, I have plenty of experience in WoW, so I should be able to grasp things quickly.

Well, back in the winter of '72 I came across a horse who wanted to fly. I told him that was impossible and just then a man by the name of Cornelius came forth, offering us both the ability to fly. I noticed his eyes were ablaze, and I saw a mad man in his gaze. We hesitantly accepted the offer, and grew fantastic wings. It was a cold night, and so Jerome (my new horse friend) and I decided to show them off to a crowd of people, instead of taking to the sky. Suddenly, the crowd broke, and a young boy appeared. He looked Cornelius in the eye, and proclaimed "In the name of God my father I'll fly!". His eyes seemed glazed... and he flew on his wings of a dream. I flew high on my wings like an eagle. I flew as high as the sun. In fact... we flew directly towards the sun... Jerome and I yelled "No!", but alas, it was too late. As The young boy discovered he had been fooled, his wings turned to ashes, and to ashes his grave. We returned to the ground, and swore a vendetta against the old man, and our battle cut our world in half like a fruit. The old man and his crowd became what are today known as the Asmodians on the top half of the planet, and We called ourselves the Elyos. And so began the war...

Idk where NCSoft got their info from, but I think its ridiculous they created a game like this without checking their facts on the History of Aion.

• About Me: Been mates with Ryogen for a while now, ever since he accidently messaged me instead of Kaite. I'm a university student, studying to be an English and Drama teacher. I've played Aion since Closed Beta, always as a Templar, and hit level 50 on November 13th. I have a fiery personality, but am extremely loyal to anyone who has proven themself to be a real friend. I'm always willing to help out if I'm not busy, including tanking shit, or I'm also a 399 Alchemist/Handicrafter, 449 Chef and 409 Tailor. I'll add though (I know Ryo knows but the rest of you won't) that I come as a pair. In taking me on you have to be willing to also take my pocket cleric, who is also 50, Blake. His computer shat itself so he's been out of game for a while (too long imo), but he will be back very early into the new year.

• Why do you want to join Rising Dragoon?: I want to join because I want to participate in an active legion that encourages cooperation, participation and respect in its members. I want a legion that wants to enjoy the game and be competitive but not at any cost, i.e. no ganking or treating non- guild (or guild) members as if there weren't real people involved.
• What can you bring to Rising Dragoon? I am dedicated to one legion and want to be there for the long term. If I commit to a guild event I keep my word. I'm also always willing to help with questions on quest. etc. I'll be working steadily on my gathering, and will be working on Alchemy (no plans on being an Expert though) - so can help with pots and mats. Although I concentrate on my main, I am also more than willing to help out with my alt as I level it. Finally, I don't harass the bank.
