Hello Alwarlock,
The GameGuard 114 issue you are reporting could be related to User Account Controls in Windows Vista.
To resolve the issue please try the following:
1. Go to your Start Menu and then select the Control Panel.
2. Type 'UAC' in the search box with the magnifying glass.
3. This will bring up a link below labeled 'Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off'. Click this link.
4. Uncheck 'Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer'.
5. Click 'OK'.
6. You will then be prompted to reboot your computer. Please reboot your computer at this time.
