Because the cool kids live at the airport

First of all our flight was routed from Myrtle Beach to NC, because a bird cracked a windshield. That subtracted one day from vacation, but we got a free night at a hotel. We woke up and out from NC to Vegas.


NOW

Some computers fried in the plane we were going to board at about 1am and needs to be repaired. The parts are flying over and they say it takes 5 min to install. So now I think we are stuck here for another 1-2 hours and of course when we get to Atlanta, wth are we gonna do. Our flight is not even there. They are giving everybody meal tickets and i think 100+ to their next flight. I'm not sure how things are going to go.

I got me some Pizza Hut Express and I ate that thing up like nobodys business. Well. Now I sit here.

Wow, a bird cracked the windshield and then the computer's got fried. Kinda scary. j/k'ing. We are lucky our airports take that seriously and fix it right.

Sorry for all the bumps in your vacation. That Atlanta airport is soooo big. Like being in a small city .

This airport at Vegas is huge and it's basically a casino, believe that or not. I never been around ATL, but I want to be around those ATL ladies, but I don't think I will get a taste in some airport.

LOLOL I've never been to the Vegas airport. Hehe, can gamble til the last minute, huh?

Yup you can. Just don't gamble that money you need to pay for your baggage. This was my first time gambling with slot machines and blackjack, stuff like that. In SC it's illegal to gamble but you can do lottery though. It can get addictve. I went from 5 bucks to 15 bucks and back to 0. Ha.

Yeah, I live REAL close to Oklahoma's Indian tribe land (Casino ally) and have had my time's at the casino's. I don't like it all that much. I don't WIN enough. LOL.

Seriously, I've gone through all my money in 10 minutes flat (just the 20-100 bucks set aside), and that's no fun. I usually go with my wife or my mom and gamble till i have five dollars left to buy a drink with (by that time I'm usually ticked enough to want one ).

Meh a friend of mine from High School is an underground dealer for poker and blackjack here in Alaska, where commercial gambling is illegal. I get in on a game now and then.

Our honeymoon was at Lake Tahoe, Nevada side with casinos. Get this, we stayed in a casino, and didn't gamble until we were leaving. Also, we had to stop in Vegas and in Reno. Didn't like the way the Reno smelled. It was just icky!! And yeah, their airport is also like a casino.

Also, living in Oklahoma, and being minutes away from casinos now, we do go to them. But not to gamble. We go for the food!!! OMG all you can eat seafood and steak buffets...MmmMmmm.

lol a bird strike and a fried avionics comp? that's real bad luck.

although birdstikes are a lot more common then most people think, we usually get like 15 a week where I work. But for them to crack the windshield is pretty rare. And trust me cleaning up after the mess can be great fun if they get stuck in a ram air inlet....

lol let me know the next time it happens...i'll come fix your jet for you...it's what I do...
