Don't worry this is new info. Yes you need to download that to play OB.

I don't think there is a way around it. It was like this even with the 1.5 update for Chinese Aion. Yall are funny though. It's weeks till open beta. Do it now. I'm trying to get mine done so I can upload it to the server so yall can get it downloaded in 2 hours or less. My torrent is at 1%. This may take a day for me
