Well, I'm not sure what's going on now.... looks like the patch stuff must be going in now.

5/14/10. Had to let you know what happend last night. My hubby has vent too, so I asked him if I could plug in RD's vent info so I could holler at you. I have my PC at best buy now, hoping they can figure out what is wrong with it. I'm not sure when I'll be back; soon I hope, but I'm not holding my breath.
