MP3 Player Request Thread (6 songs)

If you didn't notice I got bored and added a small MP3 player on the main site (lower left of the site). Here's what I'm going to do; I'll let each member request two songs to be put on the MP3 Player for others to here and I'll put the List of artist - Name - Member Requested up on here. So just post a song that you know that I can easily find on the net (so I don't have to upload the actual mp3 to my server but stream it).

Hrm so far a lot of rap... It would be kinda weird if I put in my two cents with the rock I tend to listen to.

well cat, if you think your scared to throw what you got up there, you should hear some of my music, but, than again i think its important that we post what we like, it just goes to show as different people aswe are, were all brought togather by one thing, and thats the power of the internet XD

so than, that being said ill gladly go next. a few notes though, note that i listen to ALL music, i dont limit myself to one specific genre even though it may look like one does dictate my itunes, i respect all music for what it is, as everyone else should do as i post mine, i am very strong about music as for its a huge part of my life. another note is that if the songs i post are difficult to find, im sorry, my music is easly considered "underground" and could be the cause, just sayin.

1. Jesus and Tori by The Number 12 Looks Like You - this band is easily one of my favorites. they create music in a way that is stimulating to your brain. reguardless if you like the vocal style or not, it is un-excusable to disrespect what these guys are doing with guitar work, and the drumming is just inhuman in my opinion lol. NOTE-dont even listen to it if you will not listen to the whole thing.

2. Vanished by Crystal Castles - a big part of my music library is chiptune/electronica. chiptune is a huge influencing factor on some parts of my style and interests. the nostolgic value of chiptune to me is pricless, although there isnt so much chiptune in this particular song, they have been known to use it before. if you want to hear real chiptune i suggest you check out Sabrepulse or Henry Homesweet. but other than that, idk this song is just awesome, lol XD

3. Stay Together For the Kids by blink-182 - my main genre of music i listen to is often referred to as 'hardcore' 'grindcore' 'deathmetal' or sometimes even 'mathcore'. But i would have never even found any of the stuff i listen to today without blink-182. they were the ones who led me into the underground scene.

I listen to a lot of everything. I could every well put up some classical like Concerto in E Minor for Violin and Orchestra, Op.64, I. Allegro Molto Appassionato by Felix Mendelssohn, some trance from Tiesto, or go with something like Tear Away by Drowning Pool. *shrugs* Or be completely strange and put up something like Sakuranbo by Ai Otsuka.

Adagio for Strings by tiesto or his remix of Silence (the remix of the Sarah McLaughlan song). *shrugs* Both are nice.

Edit: Rapture by iiO is nice as well.
