Epic Naming Thread.

[Viper Dragoon X]

I usually go with Viper Dragoon mainly because way back when, I fell in love with a game called The Legend of Dragoon and used that name since. I will be using this for my main, granted that Aion lets me use spaces so I can actually input "Viper Dragoon" like i could in Guild Wars.

As for the other names I use in games, I usually just go with stuff from animes I like or words from other languages.

well me i love a sexy cute girl name for my female characters and id probably go lady_butterfly or istrawberri those were names i had in my last mmo cabal

I name my chars from nicknames my friends call me.

I'm always that asian guy and my bboy name is blu. So i put that together. Also I like to use my korean name. Mainly my last name Lee or Yi.

well i pritty much steal names from friends or just toons i see in game haha only one i made up was masterknight which isnt to creative but heh i like it.

I got shelbon because my RL name is Shelby and my friends started calling me shelbon one day for no apparent reason and it stuck. I have used various other names though in different games. I like to take names I've seen before in other medieval fantasy games, books, or actuall history. For instance I've always loved greek mythology and I've used plato, socrates, voltaire. Those are good for casters I think becuase the whole mental aspect. But for melee characters I like to think of names of great warlords or variations of them or bad ass characters from other games. Look at old rpgs like morrowind or diablo 1 and 2 or titan quest. Games like that had alot of cool names in them.
